Career guidance for private individuals

Are you at a crossroads in your career and are you thinking about the next career step? Does your current job no longer fit your professional and personal needs? Do you want to have an impact in your job and are you thinking about a career switch? Are you considering reinventing your career and perhaps starting your own business as an independent? Or do you want to move up in your current company, but don't know how?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then pause for a moment and let me guide you by asking the right questions to arrive at a new and very concrete career perspective that fits the labor market on the one hand and your expectations, your dreams, your talents and your strengths on the other.


Since there is no one-size-fits-all approach, you can expect a tailor-made trajectory of 4 hours (or 7 hours depending on your specific situation).

  • How?

    Together we will look at your current work situation, how you feel at the moment and where you want to go in the next chapter of your life. Based on that, I will help you to create a Personal Action Plan and develop specific and achievable goals that will help you make the right choices. I will also help you to optimize your resume and LinkedIn profile and prepare you for a possible job interview. If you want to make a career in your current company, I will also prepare you for your performance review.

  • Where?

      In person (if the covid measures allow it) or online via Zoom, Teams, Skype, Google Meet, etc. Brussels Flemish Brabant Limburg West: Sint-Truiden, Halen, Herk-de-Stad, Lummen and neighbouring municipalities. Antwerp South: Mechelen and neighbouring municipalities. Walloon Region: Walloon Brabant, Namur, Liège. International: coaching in French, Dutch and English

  • Price

    Cost for people living in Flanders or Brussels? Only €10 per hour (instead of €169 per hour) for a 4-hour journey (or a total of only €80 instead of €1,100 for a 7-hour journey)!
